Refund policy
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp: 03368997217. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. Exchange processing may take up to 11 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, purchased on sale, or customized are not eligible for exchange.
